WATERWORLD TECHNICAL TOUR
Research and observe the fascinating secrets behind the special effects of Waterworld in a special on-site class. Discover the mystery of the Seaplane landing, the Mariner Jet Ski entrance, and the Deacon Switch-off effects. With the assistance of a Waterworld technician, students produce mathematical equations that explain the designs for each special effect. Waterworld offers excellent practice assignments for grades 7-12. Students utilize observations, mathematical equations and operations, critical thinking, problem solving, and scientific research methodologies throughout the lesson. Ideal for students who don’t see any use for physics or math in the "real world"!
