To make a reservation, use one of the methods below:

Payments:
Acceptable forms of payment are school or organizational check, credit card, or purchase order. NO personal checks will be accepted. Pre-payment is required for some programs. If your program does not require pre-payment, you may pay upon arrival at our GROUP SALES window, located to the left of the front gate turnstiles.

Purchase Orders
All purchase orders must be submitted and pre-approved by Universal Studios Hollywood 30 business days prior to arrival date. Purchase Orders will NOT be accepted upon arrival to the park. Purchase orders must include your Universal Studios Hollywood reservation number, your billing address, and a secondary contact name within your accounting department, including a fax and telephone number.

School or Organizational Check
School or organizational checks must be received 10 business days prior to arrival date, and must have the reservation number written on the check. To expedite your order, please fax a copy of your check with reservation number to 818-622-0305. NO personal checks will be accepted.

Credit Card
Credit card information will be taken over the phone. Credit card transactions must be accompanied by authorization approval on official school/organization letterhead.

Changes, Cancellations, Refunds
Call 1-800-959-9688 ext 2 to make changes or cancellations. All changes and cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date. Please have your reservation number.

Tickets
Your tickets may be mailed directly to you or you may pick them up upon arrival at our GROUP SALES Window. Once payment has been received, please allow 10 business days to receive your tickets my mail. Please note, tickets CANNOT be mailed to a P.O. Box.

If picking up tickets at GROUP WINDOW, please bring a valid photo I.D. along with your reservation number. If you are paying upon arrival, cash, credit card, or school/organization checks will be accepted. NO P.O.’s or personal checks. Please advise the booking agent in advance if someone other than the person placing the reservation will be picking up the tickets at the GROUP SALES window.
